The package arrived damaged, despite being well-packed. It seems someone tried to flatten it during transit. I reached an agreement with the seller without issue and received a partial refund. The brushes themselves function well, just like the originals. I'm pleased with both the seller's responsiveness and the brushes, even though the packaging was severely crushed, because I can still use the brushes. I'll purchase again when needed.
