The seller is a trustworthy and dependable individual; even though there was a delay, which wasn't their fault, my cat humidifier arrived undamaged. The shipment arrived in Poland after 7 weeks and 5 days using an unregistered shipping method. The product matches the order and was well-protected, so there was no damage. It was purchased with a coupon that included a game. The humidifier functions, but initially it displayed a colorful light, which is now absent. Furthermore, 10 cartridges were ordered for the humidifier, but only one was received. A dispute was opened regarding the missing cartridges, but no refund was issued for the 9 missing cartridges. Overall, the customer is dissatisfied with their purchase from this seller.
