The pictures accurately represent the product. However, one of the pink and blue flower hair ties (from a set of two) was missing its hair tie, rendering it unusable. Given the shipping time, better quality control would have been appreciated. Additionally, excess glue is noticeable on the blue and pink flower hair tie. The hair clips, on the other hand, appear to be well-made. I'll need to assess their durability over time, but currently, I have no complaints!

My previous order was missing an elastic. I contacted the seller and they offered to include another pair with my next purchase, which makes sense considering the low prices and shipping costs. I then bought two more sets and both arrived in perfect condition, with nothing missing. I also received the extra pair from the original order. Overall, I am very satisfied with the seller's response and these hair clips are super cute.
