The package was delivered within the expected timeframe, arrived undamaged, and contained all the necessary parts. I've used it to clean three large double-sided windows. The cleaning wasn't perfect, and I had to use paper towels to remove some streaks. It takes some practice to get accustomed to the device and the magnet strength. For my 1.5 cm double-sided windows, I needed to use the strongest magnet setting (5),as the outside part kept falling off at lower settings (3-4). Cleaning requires slow movements to prevent the two parts from separating. In summary, the window cleaner performed its function, though not as flawlessly or as cleanly as shown in the video, but I am generally pleased with the outcome.
