The product arrived as the announcement stated. It was slightly misshapen, which is typical due to shipping. There was no unpleasant odor. The cushion was not very soft, but I added a blanket and adjusted it. My cats are still getting used to it, but they are starting to use it since I put the blanket with its scent in there. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Also, it arrived two weeks sooner than the estimated delivery date. I didn't need to communicate with the seller.
