The fit is very good and the material is very comfortable; it doesn't pull or pinch. The front part doesn't have cups, so n*pples might be visible, but you can insert your own cup-inserts. The back is soft and thin, so it doesn't not control back rolls a lot, but it does smoothen out a bit. The size chart is also accurate; I am actually a size 42D, but just to be sure I ordered one size up (3XL) and it is indeed a tiny bit too big. Next time I'd order 2XL instead. Beware, this bra is not adjustable. It only has ONE (1) row of hooks.
