Not sure of the actual power announced at 18w... displayed 8w on the packing carton

Everything is as promised in the description except I received lamp with UK plug ( not EU plug as I asked for ) and my lamp max. power is 8 Watts ( not 18 W as it's written in the specification ). The rest is OK and the lamp works well.
