The product functions effectively. I tested a controller I purchased, and the setup process was seamless. I own two other controllers that were non-functional. The connectors, labeled 1 through 6, correspond to the following: Relay button 2: 1 NO, 2 COM, 3 NC; Relay button 1: 4 NO, 5 COM, 6 NC. I connected to Connectors 5 and 6 to use Button 1 to open doors. The labeling on the device is small and hard to read. I needed to use my cell phone to photograph and enlarge the information.
