This product should meet my expectations. I haven't tested it in the car yet, but it lights up green as shown in the picture. Received in 8 days in France, serious seller! I will return for another comment after trying it in the car!

The GPS reception is rather poor and it's difficult to mount securely, as a suction cup mount isn't an option. However, considering the price of 5€, I didn't anticipate anything better.
