Simple design, no frills. But it works very well. Just 20cm more cable for the electrical connection and 1 meter more on the car side would make it perfect. I will wait for the next promotion and buy another one in advance. I am not an electrician to judge the safety inside the box. Regarding communication with the shop, there was none, so I can't judge that either.
