Помада пришла целая, имеет приятный нежный запах. Губы не сушит. Цвет остается на губах, когда сама помада стирается. Использую только как помаду. В жизни чуть ярче чем на фото магазина. На фото видно, где на помаде стерт верхний слой, что цвет ярче.
