The product appears to be of good quality, though I haven't tested its longevity. Unfortunately, several items arrived damaged, and the delivery time was somewhat extended. I suspect this delay is due to the impact of COVID-19, as everything else seems fine. I'm hoping the seller will offer a partial refund for the broken lipstick. Overall, I would still recommend the product.
