I had to place an order twice because the initial order had the incorrect size. I didn't open a dispute because the error was my own. I reordered a different size, and it ultimately arrived with the same size as the first order. I then filed a dispute, and the money was refunded. I won't negatively rate the seller, but this whole situation is very frustrating.
