This item requires adapters. The connectors are sized 1/2x1/2x1/2, however, my setup needs 3/8x3/8x1/2 to make the connection.

This isn't suitable for everyone, and it won't work with my specific thread because mine is much smaller. Does anyone know where I can purchase an adapter?
