The order was placed on February 26th and arrived in the Netherlands on March 12th. Tracking information was available from March 4th (shipment dispatched) to March 10th (accepted by the Last Mile Carrier),with the remainder of the journey tracked via post.nl. The package arrived at the recipient's door (in the rain) in a black, two-layer plastic envelope, containing the water bag/camel-hump and a tube (which was a little difficult to locate). The items received matched the advertised description and the original order. The entire order and delivery process went smoothly, without any issues.
