I first ordered an XS (I wear a 30C/32B bra) which fits, but is snug; the tag says "2". I then reordered a Small which fits perfectly, the tag says "4". Therefore, if you typically wear a Lulu size 4 bra, the Small should be ideal. I am very happy with my purchase, thank you!
