The plait arrived in 20 days and was in perfect condition. It was securely wrapped in film for extra protection. I chose size 25 and am happy with it. It creates waves in my hair that look natural. If you want a less natural look, choose a different size. I've included pictures. I styled my hair quickly with curls, it only took 15 minutes. I was a little worried about burning my hair, but I think I'll get used to it.
