When I tell you this hair is full from ROOT to TIP I mean that (I got a %250 density 26 inches). My fingers glided through the hair straight out the package, the hair has a natural luster. The parting space is accurate. no tangeling, no shedding, super soft, love it, Customer service was the best I had on . highly recomend allove hair, you deserve the 100 stars
