The hair is lovely, however, the length is inaccurate and the density is less than I anticipated. I requested a 20-inch length, but it appears to be 14 inches.

It's exceptionally soft, particularly after being watered. This picture was taken after two days without water, but it still appears excellent to me. The quality is truly impressive.
