The image on the mannequin gives the impression of lace down to the waist, but no, check the product's dimensions. It's not tightly knitted.

Refer to the dimensions shown in the picture, not the image with the mannequin. The neck size is for a child's, therefore shoulder... or a very slim figure with medium lace density.
