The sizing information provided is correct, there is no unpleasant odor, however the item was delivered to me with only plastic wrapping and not a box.

Linda, I ordered the shoe size I usually wear, but it was tight. When you order, ask for a size 1 or 2 sizes bigger, depending on the size of your calf, it will also be tight.
