The product is excellent and comfortable. However, the delivery took much longer than anticipated, and I received no shipping updates. I had to wait approximately two days for a response, which wasn't particularly helpful.

The print quality is really bad. Even though I sent a very high-resolution image. It's expensive for a product with this outcome. I am disappointed. I will not order from this seller again.
