I love it, colour and quality better than expected. Smaller than my previous gym bag but big enough for everything and chic. Good quality fabric, soft, doesn't keep shape. Very long but adjustable strap. Small hidden pocket, not for phone but big enough for change, locker key and gym member card. I did not communicate with seller. Happy with purchase. Thank you
