The voice function is only usable by clapping loudly or speaking in a loud voice. You should be close to the alarm clock. Regarding the time display, the alarm clock is quite accurate even after several days, which is not at all the case with many other models from other manufacturers sold here. The date display function is also not a feature that every alarm clock has. The boring alarm sound is also not the loudest.
