This product is fantastic for stretching and loosening up. It does require an adjustment period. The mat's height necessitates finding the ideal positioning. It has a noticeable chemical odor upon arrival, which will likely dissipate. Overall, it's highly recommended for those with lower back pain. Shipping to the Netherlands was quick, approximately a month. I give it 5 stars.

It has arrived in excellent shape and earlier than expected. It is rather comfortable, even though you can feel the spikes, they don't cause pain and instead provide a massaging sensation on the back.
