The product arrived approximately 15 days after ordering. The shipment was handled by WWE, a shipping company I was unfamiliar with, and delivered to me in Turkey. I didn't incur any customs charges. I purchased numerous items, including cutting scissors and hair-related supplies, for my wife and family, and I was pleased with the quality. The seller omitted one pair of scissors from the package and stated a refund was only possible after approving the received products, which was not reassuring. Consequently, my confidence in the seller diminished.
