The foundation is excellent. It was delivered to rural Belgium precisely one month after ordering. Multiple layers are needed for complete coverage, but ultimately it conceals my sun spots, which is its intended purpose. The packaging includes comprehensive English information: ingredients, precautions, application instructions, and more (it's clearly a genuine, high-quality product - see the pictures).
