The product is as described, however, my cat won't use it. The purchased item is too elevated, making it difficult for my cat to enter due to its height and instability. After adjusting the rope to lower it, and even though it's now closer to the ground, she still struggles because of the swinging motion. She typically only puts her front paws in to get a treat and then leaves. Despite having it for a couple of weeks, she hasn't entered it on her own. Therefore, be mindful that the lack of stability might deter your cats from using it, a factor to consider before purchasing.
