I give you a summary of my experience: I did not contact the seller, I made the purchase directly, they took very little time to make the shipment, it has arrived in one s 10 days to Spain (before the date indicated) and wine protected with two Plastics one transparent and one gray of shipping. I bought the 12 inch clear pink case for my Windows surface pro 3 computer, 12,3 inches, it has about 1cm or so left on each side and I'm very happy how it looks (:),(I bought it like this because there was no exact case for my computer) The case is exactly like in the photo, the seams are very well finished and the color is beautiful.
