The skirt is great, but its small size is comparable to an XXS size in European brands. My waist is 63-64 cm, so I would need to order a Medium.

The item matches the picture perfectly. Although there are some loose threads and the material is thin, considering the cost, it's acceptable. The pocket can be taken off.
