HOW TO USE:
1. Use a frosted strip to polish the nail top coat
2. Application Nail Polish Remover and avoid the application of it's surrounding skin.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes for the nail polish to be completely burst
4. Use the steel tool to push away the nail polish
5. Remove the nail polish residue
