The top, however, turned out to be too small, even though I took a size larger than I usually wear, meaning I took a size S instead of M, and I should have taken an L.

The item is visually appealing, however, I recommend ordering a bra that is 1-2 sizes larger than your usual size. I am unable to wear the one I purchased (I typically wear a European size 36 and ordered a small).
