Our store sells physical game cards with packaging covers that may be in Chinese, English or Japanese languages. The games support the following languages: Japanese, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, English.
If you receive damaged packaging, please contact customer service. If the product has been opened, we cannot provide free returns or exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to this statement by default. (If you have specific requirements for product packaging or versions, please contact our customer service before placing an order.)
After-sales Statement
Our store's products are packaged according to uniform standards by warehouses, and occasionally there may be deformation of the outer packaging during transportation. This situation is normal, and our store does not compensate for damaged packaging. If there is internal damage to the product, please contact our customer service for assistance.
