Product Description:
1.The CCS811 is an ultra-low power digital gas sensor solution.
2. This sensor integrates a metal oxide (MOX) gas sensor for monitoring indoor air quality (IAQ),as well as a microcontroller unit (MCU) and analog-to-digital converter (ADC).
3. Communication is digital via the I²C interface.
4. Lower power consumption makes the CCS811 suitable for battery-type and wearable applications prior to smartphones, medical and air monitoring.  
5. The CCS811 air quality breakout board utilizes ams' digital gas sensor solution to detect a wide range of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC),including equivalent carbon dioxide (eCO2) and metal oxide levels.
6. For indoor air quality monitoring, these sensors provide parts per million (PPM) CO2 readings and parts per billion (PPB) TVOC readings.
