2. This door open detector can not be used independently, it will make sound himself, you need connect it to home alarm system, then it will trigger system alarm. 

Shipping and Handling

1.  We accept Alipay only. The shipping will be done within 3 working days after payment.

2. We only ship the goods to the Alipay confirmed address. We arrange shipping way according to buyers' location and order quantity. We may use Registered Airmail (by POST OFFICE),EMS, UPS, DHL or other shipping way. If you have any question, contact us before buying. Also, please confirm that your country customs can accept such product and how much of the customs duty.

3.  We will not be responsible for customs duty, and do not accept any negative feedback or dispute on such issue, kindly noted. Because it causes by policy of each country, we can not control it, and that is not our fault. 

4.  If it blocks by customs, we will not refund, as we also cannot get it back. If it returns from customs, we will refund, except the shipping cost that we paid yet. 

Warranty

We test every piece before shipping, to confirm the quality.

And this item comes with 1 Years warranty. If there is any problem, buyer should contact us within 15 days after receiving item for any return inquiries.

If for refund, return must be in the original package, and with ALL original accessories. If any item missing, we will charge it in refund. If for repair or replace, just return the part that need to repair or replace.

Buyer should pay your return mailing cost. We will pay the mailing cost of replacement.
