Answer:
• Check if the device is battery empty
• Connect the mp3 player with the adapter, check again

Question 2: Terrible Noise
Answer:
• Check the earphone, if there have dust in the earphone there will cause the noise
• Try to play other music files, once the music file was damage it will cause the noise
Question 3: No Sound
Answer:
• Check if the volume was “0”
• Check the connection between player and earphone
