The CR2032 battery in B450M-E motherboard will be removed before shipping, as battery is forbidden at CN post and custom.

The BIOS of this B450 motherboard does not have XMP, the memory will start in automatic mode and unable to configure frequency in BIOS. If you mind this, please don't buy it.

I need to remind you that if you are using 3200GHz RAM, it may automatically run at 2666GHz. The BIOS does not have a manual adjustment option.

About the BIOS,

B450M-E motherboard can upgrade the BIOS that supports Ryzen 1000/2000/3000/4000/5000 series (for example: 3500X/3600/4650/5500/5600X/5700X CPU processors).

B450M-E motherboard already contains the default BIOS file.  No need to reinstallation.

Tested by technicians, this RAM needs to work with a 5000 series processor, such as AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, to reach 3200MHZ.

Since there is no manual frequency modulation in the BIOS of this B450 motherboard, the RAM frequency will only run in automatic mode, and other brands of 3200MHZ RAM may drop to 2666MHZ in automatic mode.
