Useless fan is side to side instead of top to bottom.. It just sucks air in one side at the top and pushes it out the other side of the top.. Nothing of any significance can possibly reach the filter

Good contact with the seller, at least that. Arrived after more than two months (COVID-19). More follow-up, transit to Singapore endless so I start a dispute. I was reimbursed. The seller informs me that the package is in Switzerland. I transfer the money to him by PayPal. I get the purifier. It works except that the humidity display is defective. I decide to keep it. Other than that I find it noisy and I can adjust it only on 2 or 4. No other possible setting, works continuously otherwise it must be stopped. I had not seen that there were filters to change and buy from the seller. I fell on the wrong device :(
