I'm 171cm and chose a Large, which I think was a good choice! absolutely adore the flowers on the pocket (one you can unclip) as well as the bear, that is also removable :) the bottom strings can be pulled to tighten - there's an elastic band around the waist, as well as strings you can tie, and belt loops! Pockets are also a great size :D
