The sizing is somewhat difficult to determine. The design is great, but I wish the fit were improved.

The item is very small. Despite the good quality, a size large is equivalent to an extra small.

For someone who usually wears a men's size 42 regular, a 3XL is a bit too tight. If you're a typical man in North America, I'd suggest ordering a 4XL. Also, the red color isn't as vibrant as it appears in the images.
