these are better than expected. They are super comfortable and lightweight and perfect for my muscular build ( i don't feel restrictive). For reference, I am 5'6 145 and ordered a S and they fit well and i still have room to move

shorts are very comfy. definitely comparable to lululemon but for a fraction of the price lol. yes size up for comfort fit, I ordered another one in small in case the 1st one stretches out.
