The sizes are very large and it doesn't come with a belt.

The item matches the provided details. However, there were numerous loose threads that I had to cut off. Considering the price, I anticipated better quality. I likely would have been more satisfied purchasing a similar cotton shirt from a local source, even if it cost a few euros more.
