The set is as beautiful as it appears in the picture, although I think it should include more feathers to achieve the effect seen in the photos. Otherwise, it is identical in colors, cut, pieces, and chains. I had no issues with shipping or delivery, so I never needed to contact the seller. It arrived almost three weeks earlier than expected.
