Regrettably, there were some problems with the delivery, taking longer than expected. Delays occur, which I understand. However, I would have preferred more information about the problem. Aside from that, the packaging was good. Assembly was very easy, and the product is very sturdy. I like the gray color, as it matches my laptop perfectly. Thank you very much.
