I used this to keep my thigh highs up and prevent them from sliding down. The ribbon frays when cut, so I suggest sewing the ends. The silicone is thick and provides a strong hold. This was the most affordable option I found, not requiring wholesale purchase, and the elastic ribbon, while not very stretchy, feels well-made. It's essential for tailors. Delivery took a month.
