Product Usage

1. Place the knife on a sturdy surface with the blade facing up, holding the pencil sharpener in one hand and the knife in the other, ensuring that the other four fingers are placed in the finger guard.

2. Overlap the cutting edge near the sharpener with the notch "V" formed on the sharpener. The sharpening head is angled at approximately 90 degrees to the edge of the knife and gently pressed down with the pressure of the thumb, and the knife is then pulled out of the tip of the blade.

3. After use, clean the knife with water or a wiper and clean the sharpener with a boom brush.

Note: Do not pull back and forth, only pull back. This sharpener is not suitable for ceramic knives, please use it with caution!
