The steamer's appearance perfectly matches the product description, including its size, shape, and how it feels. It actually seems better and more durable than I anticipated, and is an improved version compared to my current one. However, the packaging was inadequate. There was no protective material or support inside the box, which arrived severely damaged, as shown in the attached pictures. Fortunately, the steamer itself appears to be undamaged. I haven't used the steamer yet, but I will provide an update if anything significant comes up.
