This is an excellent product. It allows you to set the water temperature precisely, in increments of 1 degree, up to 100º. The heating method ensures the kettle's base stays cool, so you can touch it or place it on a table without any risk of burns. On average, increasing the temperature by one degree takes between 1 and 3 seconds. Consequently, heating water from 25º to 100º takes approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes, which I consider very fast. I spend more time than that weighing and grinding my coffee. I highly recommend it.

The product arrived well-packaged and appears to be well-made, with no damage. The heating base is light and made of plastic. It reaches 100ºC in 6 minutes. The temperature is relatively accurate when the desired temperature is reached, with a fluctuation of 2 to 5ºC above during heating. The seller sent the wrong plug; I requested EU and received a Chinese one with a reasonable adapter. Shipping was fast, I recommend the product. Regarding the seller, they need to pay more attention to sending the correct product as requested.

The kettle offers excellent value for its price. However, I was sent a 220v model, despite having ordered a 110v version during the purchase.
