This product is excellent and arrived quickly in Mexico. However, the shipping service used in Mexico is terrible. The package traveled quickly from Asia, but once it reached Mexico and went to the Quality Post offices, it was delayed. The tracking information claimed the delivery person attempted delivery for two months, stating I was not home, but they never contacted me (no door knock, home or cell phone call). The delivery person never actually came. I had to arrange an appointment at the Quality Post offices to collect my package. I advise that once the package arrives in the city, before it gets assigned to a delivery person, go directly to the offices to schedule the delivery yourself.
