Having been let down by a previous fascinator, I was hesitant to buy this one, but it has exceeded my hopes! It appears almost identical to the picture, though the finishing could be better in some areas. However, I might be able to improve it. The hat is made of felt/faux wool, soft, and a similar color (beige and black),with nice black netting that has small balls. The feather pin is plastic and very noticeable, making that part of the hat unattractive. The alligator clips are oddly placed, and you'll need to adjust the netting to match the image, but despite the high price of the fascinator, it looked quite good. I will definitely feature it in a look on IG @retrostylereview.
